Questions owners ask first
Do my crews need accounts or email addresses?
No. Each crew gets one access code. They type it once on their phone and they're in. You can change or switch off a code at any time.
Does it track my crews all day?
No. Location is recorded when a crew taps Start and when they tap Finish, and at no other time.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You request a free month, we look at the request ourselves and call you to set things up, and the month starts when we approve it. We don't ask for a card. Near the end of the month we'll remind you, and you decide whether to continue.
What happens to my data if I don't continue?
It is kept. Your customers, jobs, photos and history are not deleted because a trial ended.
I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?
No. The request button is added to the site you already have. If you'd like a new website built, that's a separate one-time service.
